NOTICE of VARS ANNUAL MEETING

Valley Ambulance & Rescue Service, Inc. will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday September 01, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. 

The meeting will be held at the Valley Ambulance & Rescue Service building - 1317 Griggs Avenue, Grafton, ND 58237. 

At this meeting voting members from the membership will be voting for the following positions:

• Board of Directors (1)
• Squad Leader (1)
• WCEMS Representative Designee (1)
• Training Committee Members (3)
• Applicant Review Committee Member (1)

Nominations will be received from and the voting will be done by eligible VARS members. Nominations may be received for any of the positions listed above up to the meeting date and time of the annual meeting.  If you have someone you would like to nominate for any of the positions listed above please contact them ahead of time to ensure they accept the nomination.  Preferably, we would ask that you forward their name and a short bio so that we may share the prospective information with other members.
